We went there!!

Most of us don't talk about it or pay much attention to our bowel movements but they are so important and can daily provide a window into out current state of healthy.

Below is the Bristol Stool chart - see which number you are today!




Ideally for a health digestive system and therefore a healthy body we should be aiming for 1-3 times a day and be between a 3-5 on the chart.

If you do struggle to go it may be worth increasing your fibre intake such as vegetables or flaxseeds tp help bulk up your stool and enable regular bowel movements.

Before you address any other health issues, make sure you are pooping regularly!
