Chocolate Baked Oats

A great hormone balancing and gut loving breakfast - chocolate for breakfast what’s not to love!

Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients

80g Oats

2tbsp of Stewed apple

2 tsp of ground flax/pumpkin/sesame or sunflower seeds

2 tbsp of cacao

1/2 tsp of Baking Powder

1 tbsp of Chia seeds

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

200ml of your chosen milk

1 tsp of Maca (optional)

Method

Preheat your oven to 180c degree

Combine all the ingredients

Transfer to ovenproof dish

Bake for 25-30mins

Top with Yoghurt, Berries and some more ground seeds

Store the leftovers in the fridge for the next day
