How do I work with you?

The first step towards working with me is to book a free thirty minute discovery call. This is where we can have a chat and see what support you are looking for and if you feel we would be a good fit.

How do online consultations work?

I use an online practice management software called Practice Better which allows us to have a consultation via a safe and secure video link. You will also be able to access forms, invoices and protocols using your Practice Better login.

Do I need functional tests?

Testing isn’t essential and is usually recommended where this could enhance the clinical picture enabling advice to be further personalised to you. A discovery call will help us see if and what testing is relevant for you for you to be able to choose if you would like to add this to your support. Want to know more about tests available? How long will the programme be?

This varies from client to client and will be discussed with you at your discovery call. It is very much a two way relationship, the results you get depend on your level of commitment and engagement with the programme. As every person is unique, the amount of contact hours included can be used flexibly depending on how you are feeling. However, most clients usually complete their programme in twelve weeks. A 4 week programme is usually the minimum amount of time required to start to achieve health goals.

What kind of support will I get?

This depends on the package but typically we will have regular check-ins which can be used flexibly and email support to answer any quick clarifications you have in between appointments.
