Health rarely changes in a matter of days or weeks. Making small changes over time, positively adds up and doesn’t feel overwhelming to maintain. You have likely been experiencing symptoms from several months to several years and in order to reach your goals it’s not going to happen overnight. This isn’t a quick fix. The focus is on your feeling the benefits for many years after we finish working together. My approach is based on proven, achievable, realistic steps that fit into your life and help you to form healthy habits for long-term results.

Personalised Nutrition 1:1 Consultations

This is for anyone with underlying health concerns, often chronic, that perhaps have so far been unresolved by more traditional approaches. Typically longer-term support from 1 month to 4 months +. By working together and putting together all the pieces of your puzzle, including your genetic predisposition, past and present lifestyle, environment, health history and diet, will help you reach your goals you previously thought unachievable.

Health Coaching

A motivational therapy that serves to inspire, guide and support you, helping you take control of all aspects of your health and ultimately, happiness. Shorter-term support, typically 6 sessions. It helps you to find your own answers, rather than someone else's advice, and uses your own strength and motivation and supports behaviour change through a collaborative, non-judgmental partnership.

Online Self-Support Modules

Pick and choose the support you need, go at your own pace with ways to quickly implement some changes. This is self-guided and you can tailor to what you need. Informative video modules,, recipes, plans and guidance to help get you started on your journey to feeling at home in your body once more.
