Gingerbread Almond Butter Blondies

1/3 cup of nut butter, I used @nutcessity gingerbread almond butter
1/3 cup coconut oil melted
1 cup coconut sugar
1/2 oat milk
1 Cup Gluten Free self-raising flour
2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Cacao nibs/choc chips (I chopped up 2 cubes of 80% dark choc)

In a bowl mix the nut butter, coconut oil and sugar.
Add in the milk, then add in all the other ingredients until the batter is formed, it will be quite thick.
Pour into a lined baking tray and bake for 20-25mins at 180 fan oven.

Leave to cool before eating.
