Pea Falafel

Ingredients

1 can of drained chickpeas

200g of peas (defrosted)
2tsp cumin

pinch of salt and pepper
1tsp of baking powder
2 garlic cloves
4tbsp of gram (chickpea) flour
Squeeze of lemon juice

Method

Preheat the oven to 180c

Add the chickpeas and peas to a processor and blitz to break down slightly.
Add in the cumin, salt and pepper, baking powder, garlic cloves, gram flour and lemon juice and blitz together until all combined.

Form 9-12 patties on a baking tray and bake until golden for 30mins
