Matcha Chia Pot

Ingredients

1/2 cup (125ml) of Coconut milk

1/3 (80ml) cup of Almond milk

1 tsp of Matcha powder

1 tbsp of Chia Seeds

1/4 Avocado

1 tsp of maple syrup

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Pour into a jar or container with a lid and put in the fridge to thicken for 15minutes ( I prefer to make it in advance and put it in the fridge overnight)
